Requirements:
Strong aptitude for PC based tools and applications, specifically Microsoft Office products and web based tools and utilities. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to provide effective issue routing/escalation and resolution steps - both internally and externally.
 
Job Duties:
  • Handle incoming calls.
  • Provide a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Receiving incoming calls and verifying amount totals.
  • Receive incoming calls with appropriate greetings and end with appropriate endings.
  • Assist with departmental mail outs as requested.
  • Be able to learn multiple platforms in order to complete these tasks.
  • Data entry
 
Candidate Requirements:
  • 1 year minimum work experience with proven job skills.
  • 1 year minimum computer skills.
  • Proficiency with keyboarding/typing.
 
High school graduate and up to 1 year of experience working within an office environment. This position requires excellent communication and listening skills. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access). This position requires a highly analytical individual with the ability to work under pressure and with interruptions. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well within a team environment, and have the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner.
 
Status: Full Time Employee
Salary:$18,720.00 to $22,880.00 annually
 Position is Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
